Billion Dollar Boy in Greater London is seeking a Senior Content Creator to lead the UK content engine for a global beverage brand. This hands-on role focuses on content creation, strategy, and production, with a social-first mindset.

You will shoot and edit your own assets, study UK culture, and drive fast-paced trend-driven content while collaborating with the Global Social Media Manager and local teams. Location: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential for this role.
• Experience creating social video content with strong editing skills.
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adapt content accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Availability: This role is full-time.
• End-to-End Production: Lead the creative ideation, shooting, and execution of weekly content, ensuring everything aligns with a strong, social-first strategy.
• Self-Shot Content: Produce, shoot, and edit highly engaging, self-shot content, leveraging pacing and platform-native formats.
• Mastering the Hook: Optimize intros, overlays, and audio to maximize engagement and watch time.
• Trend Jacking: Monitor UK culture, formats, and audio trends to create reactive assets.
• Content Strategy & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports to iterate future outcomes.
• Workflow & Approvals: Ensure content is delivered on time weekly and passes global/local/legal approvals.
• Collaboration: Work with Global Social Media Manager and local brand teams to align UK content with the global vision.
• Location: 3 days office, 2 days remote.
