Qualifications

• You live and breathe social media and understand native TikTok/Reels language.
• Excellent editing skills for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Strong hook creation and viewer retention understanding.
• Proven ability to build and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Ability to read retention data and iterate creative outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Availability: This role is full-time.
• End-to-End Production: Lead ideation, shooting, and execution of weekly content.
• Self-Shot Content: Produce, shoot, and edit highly engaging, self-shot content.
• Mastering the Hook: Optimize intros, overlays, and audio for retention and engagement.
• Trend Jacking: Monitor UK culture and adapt to emerging formats and trends.
• Content Strategy & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and report monthly to inform future work.
• Workflow & Approvals: Ensure timely delivery and alignment with global, local, and legal approvals.
• Collaboration: Partner with Global Social Media Manager and local teams to align with global vision.
• Location: 3 days office, 2 days remote.
