Job summary

The Handbook is seeking a creative, data-driven Senior Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to lead the face and voice of the brand across social channels in London. You will ideate, script, film, edit, and publish engaging content daily, while appearing on camera to represent THB authentically.

You'll drive organic growth, adapt to platform algorithms, analyse performance metrics, and collaborate with teams on campaigns and product launches. A fast-paced, hands-on role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience managing brand social channels and driving organic growth.
• Strong on-camera presence with the ability to hook an audience immediately.
• Advanced production skills: mobile video editing apps or desktop software and lighting.
• Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of social analytics and performance drivers.
• Ability to create commercial content aligned with a brief while preserving brand voice.
• Experience arranging interviews and managing influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• On-Camera Hosting: present features, host social videos, and conduct interviews with confidence.
• End-to-End Creation: concept, script, film, edit high-quality native content daily.
• Platform Optimisation: tailor formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
• Channel Scaling: implement organic growth strategies to expand followers and engagement.
• Algorithm Mastery: adapt to shifts and updates to maximize reach and visibility.
• Performance Analytics: track watch time, retention, and shares to refine strategy.
• Trend Forecasting & Collaboration: spot trends and align with brand campaigns.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: coordinate with teams for campaigns and launches.
