Job Description:

This is an exciting role that offers an experienced Service Catalogue expert the opportunity to join a global Service Provider that champions a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing service offerings & service update information to customers, creating and maintaining service catalogue plans, designing the Service Catalogue, as well as conducting gap analysis and due diligence during the design phase.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience in building and publishing a Service Catalogue in ServiceNow.
• Strong experience in analyzing current Service Catalogue tooling, ensuring it is properly configured.
• Strong experience in defining Demand and Service Fulfilment Processes.
• Ability to multitask across various functions and contexts.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of customers and influence without authority.
• Good working knowledge of common tools (MS Office suite, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.) and industry methodologies (ITIL, DevSecOps, Agile, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of service management frameworks and processes, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to projects or programs.
• Focus on the entire service delivery lifecycle, from design to development, delivery, and operation. Understand how IT products, suppliers, and vendors come together to deliver IT services.
• Understanding of client expectations to ensure service content and delivery style meet them.
• Position is permanent.
• Salary up to £75,000 plus bonus.
• Hybrid working: 2-3 days on-site (London or Portsmouth office).
