Job summary

Freshminds is seeking a Senior Consultant – Risk and Controls to join a financial services client for a 6-7 month engagement in the UK. You will lead workstreams focusing on operational risk, controls, and regulatory compliance within banking and financial services, collaborating with client sponsors and leadership to drive delivery and actionable recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience in banking or commercial financial services consulting.
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, compliance, controls, and international banking regulations.
• Experience conducting risk and control assessments, ideally including process mapping.
• Right to work in the UK, with the flexibility to travel for client engagements when required.
