Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to manage client engagements in the banking and financial services sector from London. You will own project workstreams, deliver organized client reports, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will design project plans, lead workshops, map processes with Visio, and analyze operations to generate actionable insights using Power BI, Tableau or PowerPoint. Travel up to 10% may be required in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in banking industry or commercial financial services consulting.
• Experience with compliance and risk assessment for large banks and regulatory standards.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel for client engagements.
• Right to Work in the UK (UK/EU acceptable).

Responsabilités

• Design project plans and track client deliverables.
• Lead workshops with business units to map processes using Visio.
• Identify operational risks in business processes.
• Perform detailed client analysis and present insights via PowerPoint/PowerBI/Tableau.
• Support management consultants with project execution and risk controls.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Lead responses for RFPs to prospective clients.
• Help develop and implement operational risk management frameworks.
