We are looking for an experienced risk and compliance professional to support the wider risk and compliance function.

What you’ll do:

• Provide oversight and assurance across compliance activity.
• Review and challenge processes, controls and risks.
• Identify emerging risks and areas for improvement.
• Track actions through to completion.
• Support the development of the risk and compliance framework.
• Prepare clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Lead control reviews and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain effective.

Who you are:

• 5+ years' experience across risk, compliance, assurance or a related area.
• Strong experience across controls, assurance or risk oversight.
• Confident identifying risks and making sound judgements.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable challenging processes and escalating issues when required.
• Strong communicator with confident stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
