Job summary

FTI Consulting LLP is seeking Senior Consultants to join our EMEA Private Equity team. You will work directly with leading PE funds to assess performance, identify upside and deliver change across operations and technology in fast-paced deal environments.

The role involves shaping value creation, executing post‑deal integration plans, and collaborating with CTOs, CIOs and senior operators to deliver measurable improvements under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational consulting, technology consulting, transaction advisory, performance improvement, software/IT transformation, or a PE-backed environment.
• Experience on buy-side or sell-side transactions across operational or technology workstreams.
• Ability to translate technical and operational issues into clear commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Build a bottom-up view of how a business operates, including operations, systems, architecture, scalability and risks.
• Develop value creation plans across operational and technology levers (pricing, procurement, automation, cloud migration, platform consolidation, SG&A).
• Shape day‑1 readiness plans, TSAs, and continuity strategies to support deal timelines.
• Lead workstreams on synergy capture, cost takeout, footprint consolidation, IT carve-outs, system migrations and platform integrations.
