Job summary

FTI Consulting, a leading global expert firm, seeks Senior Consultants to operate at the intersection of operations, technology, and value creation for private equity engagements in EMEA. You will work directly with PE funds and portfolio leadership to assess performance, identify upside, and deliver change at pace.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role in fast-moving deals, solving complex operational and technology challenges under pressure, with opportunities for rapid professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational consulting, technology consulting, transaction advisory, performance improvement, software/IT transformation, or PE-backed environment.
• Experience on buy-side or sell-side transactions across operational or technology workstreams, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Technology Due Diligence to assess operations, systems, architecture, scalability, and risks.
• Develop investor-ready value creation plans across operational and technology levers.
• Shaping TSAs, Day 1 readiness, and continuity strategies across IT, data, and security.
• Lead workstreams on synergy capture, cost takeout, and IT carve-outs during post-deal integration.
