Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking exceptional Senior Consultants for the EMEA Private Equity team, operating at the intersection of operations, technology and value creation. You will work directly with leading PE funds and portfolio company leadership to assess performance, identify upside, and deliver change at pace in fast-moving deal environments.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role requiring the ability to translate complex operational and IT issues into clear commercial insights and to work

Qualifications

• Experience in operational consulting, technology consulting, transaction advisory or PE-backed environments.
• Experience on buy-side or sell-side transactions across operational or technology workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Technology Due Diligence: map operations, systems, architecture, risks.
• Value Creation & Modernisation: build investor-ready plans across ops and tech levers.
• Sign to Close Execution: shape TSAs and Day 1 readiness plans.
• Post‑Deal Integration & Separation: lead synergy capture and IT carve-outs.
