Job summary

Baker Tilly has an incredible career opportunity for a Senior Consultant/Fee Fund Administrator to join the London Forensics, Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) team. You will manage and monitor fee funds, maintain records, and ensure timely fund administration while delivering high-quality client service.

You will build strong client relationships, work with Principals and stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Accounting background with experience in accounting support or clerk-level role.
• Willing to move from back-office accounting into a more client-facing role and broaden business, operational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven record of increasing knowledge, skill, responsibility, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple fee funds, track balances, progress matters, follow up on outstanding payments, and process payments.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with Principals, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely fund administration and exceptional client service.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate financial records, and tracking payments in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple fee funds, monitor payment activity, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be flexible and responsive to client needs, including meetings at times and places stipulated by the client; may involve long days and tight deadlines.
• Team player who works well with all other team members.
