Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple fee funds, including tracking balances and progressing matters.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with Principals, clients and stakeholders to ensure timely fund administration.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills to monitor payment activity and fund performance.
• Be flexible and responsive to client needs, including meetings at times and locations requested by clients.
