Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple fee funds, tracking balances and payments.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with Principals, clients, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and financial records.
• Be organized and able to monitor payment activity and fund status.
• Be flexible and responsive to client needs, including meetings outside standard hours.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet client requirements.
