Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Consultant/Fee Fund Administrator to join the London Forensics, Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) team. This role offers exposure to a global brand and a fast-paced, client-focused environment in central London.

You will build strong client relationships, manage multiple fee funds, and support senior stakeholders with timely financial reporting and administration. The position suits candidates aiming to grow in a collaborative, high-demand setting.

Formación

• Accounting background with experience in accounting support or clerical roles.
• An accounting qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to meet client demands.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor multiple fee funds, including tracking balances, progressing matters as required, following up on outstanding payments, and processing payments upon receipt.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with Principals, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely fund administration and exceptional client service.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate financial records, and tracking payments or fund activity in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fee funds, monitor payment activity, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Be flexible and responsive to client needs, being available for meetings at times and places stipulated by the client. This can involve working long days and tight deadlines.
• Team player who works well with all other team members.
