• Manage and monitor multiple fee funds, including tracking balances, progressing matters as required, following up on outstanding payments, and processing payments upon receipt.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with Principals, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely fund administration and excellent client service.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate financial records, and tracking payments or fund activity in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fee funds, monitor payment activity, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be flexible and responsive to client needs, available for meetings at times and places stipulated by the client.
• Team player who works well with all other team members.
