Teneo is expanding its Financial Advisory footprint in Canada and is hiring at Senior Consultant / Manager level in Toronto. You will advise boards, management teams, lenders and shareholders of underperforming companies facing financial stress, delivering high-quality analyses and strategic recommendations.

You will lead client work streams, develop relationships, and contribute to business development while working with a multidisciplinary team of consultants and professionals across risk,

Formación

• Strong academic background at degree level.
• Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent), both time and exam qualified.
• Analytical with strong IT skills e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; AI acumen is an asset.
• Knowledge of Restructuring Services/Insolvency or transferable client-facing skills in a professional services environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support a high-performance team.
• Commitment to work under pressure with long hours.
• Ambition to learn and develop further.
• Direct experience in Restructuring Services/Insolvency or related field is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Working on financial restructuring engagements day-to-day, including managing junior staff.
• Producing high-quality deliverables within planned timescales.
• Developing distinctive client relationships.
• Innovating new approaches and assisting in client presentations.
• Helping meet team performance targets and manage engagement risk.
