Job summary

Causeway is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive digitisation and Traffic Orders projects from Newbury. You will manage multi-product consultancy, guide customers, and deliver TRO-enabled digital workflows within a platform-driven environment.

The role combines client engagement with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Professional Services and Support teams. A degree or equivalent experience in traffic management or GIS is preferred, with senior-level consultancy skills and a

Qualifications

• Strong consultancy experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Deep domain knowledge in Traffic Regulation and TRO processes.
• Confident communication, facilitation and analytical skills.
• Desirable: Chartered Engineer status (CIHT) or industry body membership.
• Degree or professional experience in traffic management, GIS, or engineering.
• PM Certification (PRINCE2/APM) desirable.
• Ongoing CPD in Traffic Regulation, digital transformation and SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver consultancy projects across multiple Causeway products.
• Interface with customers, align requirements and guide delivery to platform capabilities.
• Produce business cases, data workflows and configuration outputs.
• Provide expert TRO guidance and connect mapping, data and asset management.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Support and Commercial teams.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
