Job summary

Causeway Group in Newbury (Hybrid) is seeking a Consultant to drive Digitisation and Traffic Orders consultancy, helping customers adopt and derive value from Causeway’s integrated software platform.

The role focuses on Traffic Regulation and TRO expertise to guide digital workflows, while working across Product, Support and Commercial teams to deliver multi-product services and embed Causeway solutions within customer processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consultancy or technical services in software, transport, or data driven environment.
• Knowledge of Traffic Regulation and TRO processes.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree or equivalent in transportation, traffic management, GIS/mapping, engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of consultancy projects spanning multiple Causeway products, contributing to discovery activities, configuration tasks, data preparation, testing, and documentation.
• Understand requirements, demonstrate product capability for TRO-related and platform-wide workflows, and assist in resolving issues or blockers.
• Prepare clear project artefacts – including configuration notes, data outputs, process documentation, and progress updates – aligned with scopes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Commercial, and other Professional Services teams by sharing customer insights and refining delivery approaches.
• Identify opportunities for additional Causeway products, modules, or capabilities to support customer needs and feed insights to commercial teams.
• Support proposals, demonstrations and customer-facing materials with subject matter input and technical clarity.
