Job summary

Tenzing Search Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead 360 delivery in finance recruitment, from sourcing to client relationship management, in a high-performing, high-reward culture.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days in Soho) with a base salary up to £40,000 plus monthly commission and quarterly bonuses up to 40%. A great chance to join a community-led, founder-led brand and build a scalable practice.

Qualifications

• Consistent billing record with £180k+ billed in last 12 months preferred.
• Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients.
• Exposure to finance recruitment or strong interest in the space.

Responsibilities

• Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business.
• Source, assess and place top-tier finance talent via proactive search methods.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation.
• Attend and host industry events to build presence and network.
• Work cross-functionally with consultants across the wider Investment brands.
