As a Principal Consultant, you will lead 360 delivery — sourcing to client relationship management — within a high-performing culture.

Role Highlights:

• Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business
• Source, assess, and place top-tier marketing talent through proactive search methods
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
• Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
• Collaborate with consultants across 11 Investments brands

You Will Need:

• Consistent billing record (£200k+ in the last 12 months preferred)
• Experience in signing and delivering into new clients
• Exposure or strong interest in finance recruitment
• Confidence in negotiation, business development, and candidate management
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
