People Like Us in Central London is seeking an experienced social and digital leader to own major client relationships and help shape where the business goes next. This senior role combines account leadership with strategic growth and new business opportunities.
Reporting to the MD or co-founder, you'll drive trusted advice, lead account teams, and craft data-led campaigns for household-name brands across automotive, travel and finance.
Location: Central London | Office-first with flexibility (core hours 10am-4pm)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Level: Associate Director equivalent
An opportunity for an experienced social and digital leader to take ownership of major client relationships at one of the UK's most awarded independent social-first consultancies, and to help shape where the business goes next.
We're working with an award-winning, independent, founder-led digital marketing consultancy based in central London. The consultancy uses social data and behavioural psychology to predict how audiences will act online, then creates the strategy, content and campaigns that move them. Its work spans insight and research, influencer marketing, executive comms and LinkedIn advocacy, paid social, and an in-house creative and production studio.
Its motto is simple: Prove It. If the evidence isn't there, they don't say it. That approach has earned multiple Agency of the Year titles, a place among the FT's fastest-growing companies in Europe, and a long list of industry awards for campaigns with household-name brands across automotive, travel, hospitality, finance and B2B. The team brings together people from research, communications, academia and elite sport, and the business is a certified B Corp. It has a coaching-led culture and a stated ambition to be the best, not the biggest.
This is a senior client leadership role. You'll lead and grow relationships across existing and prospective clients, act as a trusted strategic adviser to them, and lead the account teams delivering their work. Alongside client leadership, you'll play a real part in growing the business itself, from new business pitches to marketing and operations. With the support of the leadership team, you'll help plan future strategies and campaigns.
You'll report to either the Managing Director or the co-founder. The role has no line reports at the outset, and none are planned for the first 6-12 months, though if people management is something you feel strongly about, the leadership team is open to that conversation. It's a brilliant fit for someone who is curious about how people behave online, takes a data-led approach, and wants to lead standout work that shapes what comes next.
