Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Construction Solicitor (Non-Contentious) in London with 3+ PQE to handle high-profile development and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on non-contentious matters, with drafting and negotiation of standard form contracts and project documentation as core duties.

You will join a leading Construction & Engineering team within a top UK firm, advising for a diverse client base including public and private sector employers, contractors and developers,

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in a recognised construction practice.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters.
• Draft and negotiate contracts (JCT, NEC, MF/1 and others).
• Prepare consultant appointments, warranties, bonds, guarantees and novation agreements.
• Advise on development and funding agreements, leases and wider project documentation.
• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
