Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Arrange materials, tools and equipment required for site activities.
• Liaise with client, consultants, engineers and authorities on site matters.
• Attend site inspections, resolve issues, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Identify and resolve site difficulties, delays, and technical issues.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe working environment on-site.
