Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations and best practice.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• CSCS Card (Manager Level).
• First Aid at Work Certificate.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and activities.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme requirements.
• Monitor site progress and address issues affecting delivery.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across site activities.
• Lead, motivate and develop site teams; manage performance.
