Search Recruitment Group in Newcastle is growing our Construction, Trades & Labour team and is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us. You'll own your desk with autonomy and build lasting client relationships while delivering end-to-end recruitment success.

• Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract candidates.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, networking and direct approaches.
• Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement.
• Ensure compliance with Right to Work checks and internal processes.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
