Job summary

Randstad Employment Bureau in Bristol is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead client relationships in the construction sector and manage a warm freelance desk. You will develop new business, nurture existing accounts and meet clients face-to-face weekly to understand recruitment needs.

You will source high-caliber candidates, tailor ads, and build a network across the market while leveraging the latest recruitment tools and training offered by Randstad.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably within construction or senior roles.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships and new business.
• Strong sourcing and advertising skills to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Generate and grow client relationships through business development and calls.
• Manage current relationships within the business and accounts.
• Grow existing client accounts by identifying sales opportunities.
• Interact with clients to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.
