Job summary

Green Folk, a well-established UK construction business, seeks a Project Manager to lead a major scheme in Thetford. You will be the principal site lead, driving programme delivery, commercial performance, quality, health & safety, and client relationships from start to finish.

You will manage site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, drive cost control and risk management, and shape project outcomes through strong leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager within a main contractor environment.
• Track record of leading construction projects valued at £10m+.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working under NEC forms of contract would be advantageous.

A well-established UK construction business is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major construction scheme in Thetford.
