Whiteoak Associates in Berkshire is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead major construction and fit-out projects, delivering value up to £20m. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

The role reports to the Operations Director and offers a path to long-term career progression within a growing business renowned in Motorsport/F1 and commercial sectors.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction / fit-out projects.
• Strong Commercial Office and/or Light Industrial experience.
• Experience managing projects of significant value and complexity.
• Construction-related Degree, HND, NVQ or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and project teams.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Experience dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders at Director level.

An established and highly successful Principal Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major construction and fit-out projects, with values of up to £20m.

The business has an impressive portfolio of high-profile clients across Motorsport / Formula 1, Technology, Commercial, Healthcare, Engineering and Professional Services.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on high-profile, technically challenging projects within the Motorsport / F1 environment, alongside a varied portfolio of commercial office projects.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will have genuine responsibility and autonomy, working closely with senior client representatives and stakeholders at Director and Board level.

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who has worked for a commercial construction contractor and is comfortable taking ownership of significant projects.

You’ll need:

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction / fit-out projects.

• Strong Commercial Office and/or Light Industrial experience.

• Experience managing projects of significant value and complexity.

• Construction-related Degree, HND, NVQ or equivalent.

• Proven experience managing subcontractors and project teams.

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

• Experience dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders at Director level.

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Purely residential construction experience will not be considered.
