Poolhall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Procurement Manager to lead supplier and subcontractor procurement for complex structural steel and construction projects across the UK. You will coordinate procurement from tender to contract award, manage multiple live projects, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in Construction or Civil/Structural Engineering, with strong negotiation, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in procurement for construction projects, including pre-construction and commercial aspects.
• Strong understanding of structural steel, manufacturing, modular construction environments.
• Excellent negotiation, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier and subcontractor procurement from tender through to contract award.
• Manage supply chain activities across multiple live projects.
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, logistics, and customs requirements.
• Review technical specifications, materials, and quality standards.
• Liaise with project, commercial, and site teams to support project delivery.
• Check measurements, valuations, and invoices against project requirements.
• Obtain and manage quotations for variations and additional works.
