Job summary

Mitie Group plc seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile construction and refurbishment programmes for central government and major clients. You will manage and coach a team of Project Managers, ensuring delivery excellence, NEC contract adherence, and CDM compliance across Kent, Essex, and the London region.

You will travel across the region, align projects with RIBA stages, and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships to drive value, safety, quality, and client

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project teams across construction and refurbishment programmes.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities at operational and strategic levels.
• SC level security clearance or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver standards.
• Oversee and deliver multiple construction and refurbishment projects across RIBA stages.
• Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, CDM regulations, health and safety.</br>and quality standards.
• Manage governance, stakeholder communications, and progress meetings.
