Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM Regulations.
• SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (or working towards).
• Ability to obtain or hold SC level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and NEC contracts.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders within budget.
• Monitor programmes, costs, risks, and change control processes.
• Act as primary client contact with regular updates.
