Mitie is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across Southern England from Dover. You will coordinate safety, quality, schedule and budgets while engaging with government clients and external partners.

Qualifications

ROLE: Construction Project Manager HOURS: Full-Time LOCATION: Dover, Southern England

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Central Government Delivery team, leading the successful delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across Southern England.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages, from mobilisation through to final handover.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, NEC contracts, Building Regulations, and health and safety legislation.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor project programmes, costs, risks, quality standards, and change control processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and project guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects.
