Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Senior Construction Manager to lead civils projects in the South Wales region, overseeing a portfolio of works and teams. You will drive preconstruction, health, safety and quality in delivery, managing budgets and contractor engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires an established background in civil engineering, a relevant qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) and up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager level experience in civils projects.
• Relevant qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) or equivalent and up-to-date SMSTS.
• CSCS card holder and First Aid at Work desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Project Managers and oversee regional portfolio.
• Prepare and monitor programmes of work.
• Provide method statements, risk assessments and project management plans.
• Manage contract costs and change.
• Engage sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Promote safety, quality and environmental policies.
