Flexicruit is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Kent/London to take full operational control of a growing construction contractor’s refurbishment and planned works programme. This is a hybrid role with site and office presence, reporting to the Director and overseeing Site Managers and Project Managers across multiple live sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction operations with refurbishments or planned works.
• Proven ability to lead Site Managers and Project Managers.
• Strong commercial acumen and pricing/cost control.
• Excellent client liaison and relationship management.
• Ability to drive KPIs and process improvement.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Site Managers and Project Managers across multiple programmes.
• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Oversee commercial performance, including reviewing NFF codes, pricing structures and cost control.
• Work closely with key clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships.
• Monitor and drive KPIs across productivity, programme delivery and compliance.
• Identify operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Support strategic growth plans alongside the Director.
• This role will operate as the senior operational lead within the business and will have significant autonomy.
