Kier Group in Northampton is seeking a Mainslaying Operations Manager to lead the Capital Mains Renewal Program across the region. You will guide a team of Site Managers, ensuring safe delivery, quality workmanship, and value for money.

Working with Design & Engineering, Network Partners and stakeholders, you will identify improvement opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety and sustainability.

Formación

• Experience in construction or utilities with strong management capabilities.
• Must hold Full driving licence and NRSWA Supervisors, SMSTS (or equivalent), and water hygiene qualifications.
• Experience in CDM management and producing Construction Phase Plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Site Managers, providing mentoring and support.
• Oversee health and safety management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
• Manage programme delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Network Partners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive continual improvement and innovation across all schemes, sharing best practice with the wider team.
