Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related laboratory experience.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and lab software (e.g., Breakpro or Keylab).

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory testing on construction material samples.
• Applies standard and advanced testing procedures per established methods (e.g., ASTM).
• Interprets test data and prepares summaries or reports under the Laboratory Manager.
• Performs calculations and data reduction for test results.
• Supports advanced testing activities under supervision of senior staff.
• Maintains a clean, compliant laboratory and supports QA/QC requirements.
• Calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment and keeps records.
• Trains and mentors junior laboratory staff.
