Job summary

SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to lead our materials testing laboratory within the Infrastructure division. You will oversee laboratory teams, ensure compliance with UKAS, SHE and quality standards, and support project delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proactive mindset, and experience in materials testing, including concrete, asphalt and construction materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory or materials testing environment.
• Knowledge of concrete, asphalt and construction materials testing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
