Pro Project Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction firm to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a London-based project. We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site activities, especially external envelope works such as cladding and roofing, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Supervise and coordinate a site team of 8, including engineers, foremen, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients for seamless communication and project alignment.
• Maintain site records, manage material deliveries, and support reporting and documentation.
• Identify risks, resolve on-site issues promptly, and keep productivity on track.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in construction, with strong knowledge of cladding and roofing systems.
• Deep understanding of UK construction regulations, building processes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and maintain morale.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work qualification is a plus.
