A well-established Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in London and progress within their organisation.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an outstanding team and actively participate in delivering new build care homes and office fitout projects.

The Senior Project Manager will have direct access to initiatives with a pre-contract and post-contract value of between £1 million and £8 million.

The Senior Project Manager will also support the training of Employer's Agents, Contract Administrators, and Project Managers.

The Senior Project Manager Requirements

• Degree in surveying, architectural, or construction project management
• MRICS or MAPM qualified (Ideally qualified in Project Management or Surveying)
• Experience in fit-out or care home projects would be beneficial
