The opportunity

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Scoping work packages for design drawings.
2. Leading the procurement of packages, reviewing and appointing subcontractors alongside the commercial team.
3. Providing support to Construction Managers to ensure trade work packages are attaining the agreed delivery programme.
4. Managing packages to provide timely approval and delivery to site of fit-out elements in line with the agreed delivery programme.
5. Managing multiple packages simultaneously.
6. Liaising with Building PMs / CMs regarding their requirements to attain the delivery programme.
7. Undertaking 'look ahead' on trade packages to identify and fix problems ahead of time (+6 weeks projection).
8. Providing fortnightly progress updates on each package.
9. Issuing timely minutes for all meetings held with the Consultant Team.
10. Undertaking monthly Yellow Jacket 'tours'.
11. Managing and chairing design meetings attended by the Consultant Team.
12. Managing and chairing fortnightly progress meetings.
13. Engaging and responding to the Consultant Team in person.
14. Managing and actively following up on Conject technical submissions, samples, drawings, and RFIs for individual work packages.
15. Managing technical queries escalated through PMs / CMs.
16. Maintaining compliance with Mace procedures.

You have a degree qualification or construction-related diploma/relevant trade background qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be eager to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
