Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in construction or housing practice.
• Excellent knowledge of standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, EPC) and their amendments.
• Experience running matters, supervising junior members and managing a varied workload.
• Willingness to undertake bespoke agreements, large due diligence, and development arrangements.
• Interest or experience in business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction matters from inception to delivery, ensuring client needs are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and support staff.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and development agreements.
• Lead or contribute to business development activities and client relationship management.
