Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking an experienced construction solicitor to advise on non-contentious matters for development and infrastructure projects. You will handle drafting and negotiation of JCT, NEC and bespoke building contracts and development agreements, with strong client contact from the start.

The role requires five years or more PQE in a recognised construction practice, plus excellent drafting and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Five years or more PQE gained in a recognised construction practice.
• Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness.
• Able to run matters on your own and mentor juniors.
• Major project, development finance or Building Safety Act experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on non-contentious construction matters for development and infrastructure projects.
• Draft and negotiate JCT, NEC and bespoke building contracts and development agreements.
• Work alongside real estate and infrastructure colleagues and maintain strong client contact from the start.
