Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum + Discretionary Annual 20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits!

Why do we want you?
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Senior Event Producer to join our team at Wilmington Events, part of Wilmington plc.
You will be responsible for producing 4-5 flagship events per year, working closely with our market-leading brands, ICA and Axco. Your expertise in revenue growth, market research, and content development will be crucial to expanding our portfolio.
Wilmington Events is an ambitious and agile events business with the backing of a strong and stable Plc. Established in 2022, we have delivered double-digit growth for two consecutive years and are now driving forward an ambitious three-year plan.
In 2024 alone, we successfully delivered 35 webinars and 15 events across major global locations, including London, Miami, Singapore, Munich, Tokyo, Amsterdam, and New York. Our portfolio includes five flagship events three industry-leading conferences and two prestigious awards ceremonies.
We take a customer-led approach to our events, designing conferences, awards, and bespoke gatherings that meet the specific needs of different industries, geographies, and professional communities. Our events are powered by collaboration, market insight, and a drive to set new standards in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance sector.
