Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a management role with event P&L accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills.
• Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Food Safety in a catering environment.
• Strong commercial acumen to increase sales and profitability.
• Ability to motivate and lead people at all levels.
• Fully flexible and willing to adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for SEC events and venues.
• Consult effectively with senior stakeholders, contractors and partners; act as operational POC.
• Support sales with budgets/proposals and sign off final agreements.
• Oversee ordering, scheduling and COS/liquor yields analysis.
• Manage labour scheduling with HR/Staffing teams; forecast spend.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Deliver staff training, pre-shift briefings and communicate strategy.
