Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a Lead Chef to join Hydro Hospitality operations at the SEC Campus in Glasgow. You will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary standards across high-volume events and daily dining, while mentoring kitchen staff and managing menus, cost, and safety.

Qualifications

• Senior culinary experience in a leadership role such as Sous Chef.
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance.
• Creativity in menu development and nutrition alignment.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop balanced menus with Head Chef.
• Oversee food prep and presentation to high standards.
