The job holder will be a Senior member of the UK Compliance team and will work in conjunction with the SCOR Europe Legal & Compliance team, collaborating closely with teams including Delegated Underwriting, Risk, Underwriting, and Claims.

Job Description
The Senior Conduct Compliance Risk Analyst will assist in managing and overseeing the Conduct Risk framework across all in-scope entities, including SCOR UK, SCOR Managing Agency Ltd, and SCOR Europe SE (including its UK Branch). Responsibilities include:
- Supporting oversight of UK FCA regulations, including Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements, as well as relevant EU directives such as the Insurance Distribution Directive and the EU Commission Delegated Regulation on Product Oversight and Governance.
- Developing and enhancing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across all in-scope entities.
Job Responsibilities
- Be an expert on conduct-related matters, including Consumer Duty, FCA General Pricing Practice requirements, and associated reporting obligations, as well as relevant EU regulations.
- Support the operation and enhancement of SCOR's Conduct Risk framework, procedures, and systems related to Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty, and Product Oversight and Governance.
- Co-lead conduct responsibilities alongside the Senior Compliance & Conduct Manager and serve as a point of contact for stakeholders on conduct-related inquiries, including wording, claims denials, high-risk management info, and complaints.
- Assist in delivering the annual Compliance Plan, focusing on conduct-related deliverables.
- Develop conduct-related management information to enable operational oversight.
- Conduct horizon scanning on Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty, and other relevant legislation.
- Assist with regulatory submissions to FCA, ACPR, and Lloyd's.
- Develop and monitor KRIs for in-scope business.
- Ensure compliance with complaints handling processes, including Lloyd's system (CareSmart), and draft response letters.
- Oversee third parties with complaints handling authority, reviewing performance and trends.
- Manage escalated complaints, prepare relevant files, and consider offers for resolution.
- Prepare reports for Product Oversight Committee, complaints, and conduct regulatory items.
- Coordinate training with SCOR University or external providers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide product information.
- Review and approve delegated authority arrangements from a conduct perspective.
- Review products annually for fair value considerations.
- Maintain feedback loops for product changes based on complaints investigations.
- Interact with TPAs and MGAs, providing feedback on process issues.
- Coordinate with Claims team to set complaints handling authority for third parties.
- Support UK Compliance and Europe Legal & Compliance teams on conduct matters and future developments.
Required experience & competencies
- Strong knowledge of UK and EEA insurance industry practices and regulatory requirements for Conduct Risk management.
- Experience operating conduct controls within an assurance framework.
- Experience in complaints handling, preferably in company market or European operations.
- Insurance or reinsurance work experience.

Required Education
- Degree and experience in a financial institution, preferably insurance or reinsurance, or equivalent qualifications.
- Knowledge of French or other European languages is advantageous.
