A leading bank in London is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst to join their team due to continued growth. In this broad role, you will manage operational risks and maintain the risk and control framework, primarily supporting the Head of Operational Risk. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking or management.

A leading Bank in the city has an amazing opportunity for an Operational Risk Analyst to join the team in a broad role that has been created due to continued growth and success within the business. This will work closely with the Head of Operational Risk who is very well respected within the industry

Supporting the Head of Operational Risk you will be responsible of the everyday activities of managing the operational risk and the maintenance of the groups risk and control framework. Some of these duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Incident mitigation, being responsible for appropriate and clear documentation taking of incidents and associated actions.

• Performing periodic risk assessment on business processes and define key controls to mitigate the risks identified.

• Ensure appropriate risk mitigation measures and risk indicators are in place for risks identified and monitored.

• Produce key risk indicator reporting across all departments.

• Maintain the risk and controls management framework.

• Prepare risk reports related to technology and operational risk matters to Senior Stakeholders

• Assist in key operational risk activities including ICAAP analysis and Business Continuity management.

You will need to have relevant Operational Risk experience gained within Investment Management, Hedge Funds or Investment Banking.
