Job Description:

A personal lines insurer that is going through a continued period of growth is currently seeking a Senior Conduct Risk Monitoring Analyst.

The firm are based in Essex and operate a hybrid working pattern. You will be in the office for 1 or 2 days a week, although there is some flexibility on this.

You will join a growing compliance function and take responsibility for the Group conduct risk compliance monitoring programme.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Complete conduct related framework reviews
  • Monitor adherence to the internal conduct regulatory control environment
  • Identify conduct risks and assess their impact on the organisation
  • Support the monitoring of customer outcomes
  • Undertake thematic risk-based reviews
  • Provide advice to business units on conduct-related matters

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience gained in an insurance compliance function
  • Have worked on compliance monitoring projects
  • A working knowledge of Consumer Duty requirements

This role will pay between £50,000 and £65,000 dependent on experience. There is also a generous benefits package in place, including a discretionary bonus.
