Job summary

AXA Insurance UK is seeking an experienced Conduct & Compliance specialist to safeguard fair customer outcomes and strengthen conduct risk management. You will collaborate across the business, advise senior stakeholders, and drive changes in line with FCA/PRA expectations.

You will work in a hybrid model, balancing time between home and the office, with in-person engagements at industry events and with clients as needed. Eligible to work in the United Kingdom is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and expectations for good customer outcomes.
• In-depth understanding of conduct regimes (ICOBS, IDD, PROD, GI pricing).
• Proven experience in customer outcomes testing, quality assurance and reviews.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
• Delivery-focused with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to embed conduct risk management by design through project support and process design.
• Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on complex compliance and conduct risk matters.
• Influence and support change initiatives at an executive level to ensure fair customer outcomes.
• Analyse regulatory changes and guide their impact on the business and implementation.
• Support delivery of regulatory and conduct-related actions and assurance activities.
• Contribute to FCA/PRA consultations and manage conduct risks within these frameworks.
