Job summary

A progressive insurance company in London seeks an experienced Compliance Manager – Conduct to enhance and implement its conduct risk framework. You will provide advice on conduct risk and customer outcomes and lead compliance reviews, ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has over 10 years in compliance roles, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time permanent position offering an opportunity to influence conduct practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in a second-line compliance role within Lloyds or the UK insurance market.
• Ability to work independently in a high paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, timely, and commercially focused advice on conduct risk and customer outcomes.
• Lead Compliance reviews of new and existing products, including fair value assessments.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain conduct-related frameworks and policies.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of ICOBS, Consumer Duty, PROD and DISP

Experience designing and operationalising conduct controls

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
